Return & Refund

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.

To start your return process, please email us at hello@teaacosmetology.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the process of sending the product back safely.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
